We published on sabo.it and rnb.it websites, the new online claim section, intended for all customers and specifically dedicated to product complaints.
“The opening of this online platform demonstrates the commitment of our company to ensure quick , efficient and intuitive to all our customers for handling complaints – explains Massimiliano Balardi, Quality Director – We aim to provide a superior service and get the satisfaction of those who rely on us, especially we want to be ready if there was some problem in our articles. The platform allows you to check the progress of complaints, demonstrating that our company is always oriented to a continuous improvement of its standards”.
For 2017 it is expected to extend the project also complaints about the service (type D), billing (type F) or guarantees (type G).
